For the comfort of our guests, G.A.U Mechang Lagoon Resort has the following policies in place. Should you have any questions regarding these policies, please contact the Front Desk.

Check-Out: 12 pm

Cancellation Policy
G.A.U. Mechang Lagoon Resort has a 72 hour prior to check-in cancellation policy. Cancellations requests made at least 72 hours before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. No Refund will be given if the reservation amount has discounted rate at any time.

Final Payment
Full payment for the entire length of stay will be taken on the scheduled day of arrival. A valid ID and credit card will be required upon check-in regardless of billing status.

Late Arrival/Early Departure
Reservations are not eligible for refund in the event of late arrivals or early departures. In the event of a cancellation or early departure the room will be released back to the hotel’s general inventory.

No Show Policy
Reservations will be held for 48 hours from the scheduled arrival date. Reservations are not eligible for refunds in the event of a no show.

Late Check-Out Policy
Late check-outs may be granted upon request and availability. Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees of 50% of room rate until 8 pm and 100% of room rate after 8 pm and applicable taxes. You can even check out and keep your luggage in lobby if your flight is late.

Smoking Policy
G.A.U. Mechang Lagoon Resort is a smoke-free property. Any evidence of smoking found in guest rooms will result in a $500 charge to the guest account. There is designated smoking area for people who wants to smoke.

Pet Policy
G.A.U. Mechang Lagoon Resort is a pet-free property. For guests traveling with pets, we are happy to suggest boarding accommodations. Any evidence of pet(s) in a guest’s room will result in a $250 cleaning fee per day charged to the guest account. Any guest found with pet(s) in their room will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Damages Policy
G.A.U. Mechang Lagoon Resort reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, including cleaning services, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit card with a damage and/or cleaning fee.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages may be obtained from room service for consumption in guest rooms and is restricted to those who are 20 years of age and younger. 

Housekeeping Policy
Cleaning the room are done on daily basis from 12 pm to 1 pm. So if you want our our cleaning staff not to enter your room than leave your message at front desk or hang the do not disturb sign on door knob.
